The Pass The Bar Party

So, in case you haven’t seen my stories or any of the sappy post captions recently on instagram, my boyfriend passed the California State Bar! I am SO SO SO proud of him. It’s the hardest bar exam in the country and so many people have to take it multiple times before passing and he did it on the FIRST try. You can’t even imagine all the studying and determination that went into this very moment. There were so many times he missed out on nights out, trips, and anything that didn’t involve studying. It was a huge sacrifice that totally paid off. To give you a little bit of perspective, he would study 8 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We met almost 5 years ago when law school was just a faint thought he was toying with while finishing up his Bachelor’s degree. And after 3 years of law school it’s safe to say this definitely was the path he was meant to be. Let me tell you, he is the WORST to argue with. But anyways, enough sappy shit about him. I was so proud of him I decided to do what I do best, throw a party. Complete with a photo opp, charcuterie board, cake, homemade sangria, and good music.

All The Support

There was so much love and support throughout the process of Tyler passing the bar, I knew he definitely wanted to celebrate with everyone. We had so many people turn up at the party that made it so fun! Friends + family were all there to toast to Tyler and celebrate his huge accomplishment. I only got a few pics of everyone because I was so busy chit chatting it up but I can tell you I’m so thankful for everyone who came out and was a part of this celebration!
